Only those web sites hosted within the USA can be tested at this time.
1. Provide details on our form, so we know where your site is, whether you have preferred hours for testing, whether your web site users have a preferred browser or mobile platform, and information so we can verify that we are properly authorized to test your site. Click here to download the information form
2. We start checking functioning and appearance of your site within one day, unless you have another preferred schedule.
3. When we receive the faxed or scanned copy of the testing agreement, we will request permission for testing, if required, from the web site hosting operator.
Some web hosting services prohibit testing by outside parties, and in that case you will still receive a report about your site's function and appearance when viewed with different web browsers, at no charge to you.
4. As soon as any necessary permissions are received we will send a PayPal request for payment to your Point of Contact email address. PayPal accepts credit cards if your organization doesn't have a PayPal account.
5. When we're notified that payment has been authorized, security testing will begin at a mutually agreed time, in coordination with you or your designated IT provider.
6. Once the testing is done, you will receive a report with a one page summary of the results, a prioritized list of problems, and suggestions for your IT provider on technical changes included in a copy of the software testing reports showing what was checked and the results.
7. A re-test of the same site within 120 days is available at no charge, if you request it, to help you verify that your security has been improved by any changes
